Lewis Morgan is edging closer to completing his move to Inter Miami this month, after the winger submitted a work permit application to play in the MLS.

Morgan’s seemingly imminent departure to Inter Miami is an extremely surprising yet excellent piece of business for everyone involved, in my opinion.

And according to the Daily Record, Morgan will “undergo a visa application” after agreeing to personal terms on a “lucrative” contract with the MLS outfit.

And with the Daily Record revealing how Neil Lennon has been impressed by the likes of Daniel Arzani and Marian Shved during this international break, Morgan looks as though he would have faced further competition to force his way into the side.

The 23-year-old looks set to become the second player to depart the club this month, following Scott Sinclair’s departure to Preston North End.

However Morgan now looks set to become an important player for the MLS side, given how they have offered the 23-year-old a “lucrative” deal.

Do you think the deal is a good move for Morgan?
