Celtic were very active in the previous transfer window after they brought in Oliver Burke, Jeremy Toljan and Timothy Weah.

And the latter, despite joining the club on a short-term basis like the other two, is already proving to be another masterstroke of a signing by manager Brendan Rodgers.

As far as ability goes, the Celtic boss can add Weah’s name beside the likes of Moussa Dembele, Odsonne Edouard and Olivier Ntcham on his list of terrific acquisitions.

That versatility, crossing ability and finishing skill, alongside his pace, have Weah on course to becoming the complete forward and Rodgers’ latest masterclass signing.

Weah arrived at Celtic Park from Paris Saint-Germain on loan until the end of the season and has managed to make an instant impact.

Overall, Weah has brought a lot to this Celtic squad with the PSG loanee already having so much to his game despite being so young.

Based on his displays against Airdrieonians in the Scottish Cup and St. Johnstone in the SPL alone, the 18-year-old should be able to help guide his new side to their 50th league title.
