Former SFA Chief Gordon Smith has made an incredible claim on PLZSoccer on Tuesday evening about what The Rangers might do due to Kilmarnock deciding to cut their allocation for the final day of the season.

For this guy to be in charge of anything related to impartiality in the game or just stone cold reality is troubling.
