Celtic Fans Back At Paradise For Hibs Test?

The Daily Record has reported that Scottish clubs have met with Government groups to step up plans to get more test events done with football fans back in stadiums.

The first Glasgow Derby of the season is to be played at Celtic Park on the 17th of October and it will be a surreal experience without any fans at the ground.



The clubs are also seeking that these tests be carried out next weekend when the Champions face second-placed Hibs at Paradise.



Last weekend a few hundred Ross County fans were allowed in to watch their team get mauled 5-0 but with spikes in virus cases, the plug was quickly pulled.

Fans and clubs alike will need to see some kind of roadmap or plan to be able to return to games but at the moment there is a lot of toe-dipping.

Reports are estimating over 4 billion to be lost in matchday revenue with Europe’s top clubs all suffering too.

Neil Lennon seemed frustrated during the week when he rightly pointed out that other sports are going ahead with small crowds and football should be the same.
