‘Andrew Kerins, from County Sligo, better known as Brother Walfrid,’ Sculptor Kate Robinson’s statute CELTIC TV have a real treat for the support on this beautiful St Patrick’s Day Sunday, when Celtic are playing and can go TEN points clear at the top of the Premiership on the way to EIGHT in a row.

“On St.Patrick’s Day we often talk about who was the most famous Irishman to play for Celtic but off the pitch this man surely tops them all.

“Andrew Kerins, from County Sligo, better known as Brother Walfrid, the Marist Brother who founded Celtic Football Club back in 1887.

“This statue is one of the first sights visitors see when they approach the stadium and recently we unearthed some unseen footage of the sculptor Kate Robinson preparing this work of art in her studio back in 2005,” says Gerry McCulloch on Celtic TV this morning.

Watch this video, it’s brilliant…and Hail Glorious St Patrick to everyone!
